Production Stampings has dock to stock quality programs with some of
their customers and are also committed to on-time delivery. They have automatic press coil feed
capabilities and can stamp from roll or sheet stock.
Ameristar Laser Cutting has excellent quality, with delivery usually within a week or less. They can laser
micro parts to 48 inches by 96 inches. Waterjet can go up to 120 inches.
Jaworski Manufacturing provides excellent customer service, quality and on time delivery. They can mold rubber
onto metal. Their polyurethane conforms to FDA 21 CFR Sec 175.105 and 177.168. Polyurethane comes
in 40, 60, 80, 85, and 90 durometer in Shore A and 75, 85 durometer in Shore D. Their silicone conforms to
class 6 medical grade.
H & S Specialties Inc. prides themselves on the quality parts that they produce. They use M. U. D. style molds to help
reduce the mold cost, as well as self contained molds.
Partech Fineblanking Inc is ISO 9002 certified and can make close tolerance parts (.001). Fineblanked parts
have an attractive appearance and can reduce or eliminate non-value added operations.
